1. Gum Disease

Many people did not know that as we brush our teeth it is not supposed to bleed. If you observed you have this you might have gum disease or you’re on your way to have this condition. The milder form of gum disease is gingivitis where you have a swollen and red gums that easily bleeds when you brush or floss.  This condition is caused by the body’s response to the bacteria that build in the plaque between your teeth and gums.

2. Tooth Loss

Every one could have this condition any time in your age. If you still think you are still young and you can ignore brushing and flossing, think again. Because according to research 20 years old to 64 years old adults have lost 7 permanents teeth and between 50 years old to 64 years old have absolutely no teeth left. Keep in mind that both gum disease and cavities can end in tooth loss.

When food gets stuck in your teeth and brushing and flossing was not done. Bacteria could build up in your mouth and can be malodorous over time. 4. Heart Disease
